Once a decision was made, he even offered suggestions on how to save the data on my existing unit! Would not hesitate to go back if we ever need support!!! Highly recommended!!

(March 21, 2017, 7:45 pm)Ive been dealing here for a few years, since I’ve known about the place really. Why do I keep coming back? Virtual help cares to get it right and they have good prices. I get accurate information, it’s explained to me in a way I can understand, I know he cares not only about my situation, but ME because we’re part of the same small town and I can see him at a local restaurant or a local store or walking down the street or at the post office. He;s not just there to get my buck and put it into some big faceless nameless pot in the sky. When I purchase from Virtual help I am supported in my purchases. I remember I bought a TV once and he came over to my house twice after just to show me again how to swap it over so I could watch a dvd because I coulnt remember. Really??? And without expecting anything in return. I bought a laptop about a year ago and it seems like I was in there twice a day for the next month asking questions. He answered my questions. Does he always have the time to coddle me ? lol no. But he sure tries if he does. I’ve watched hiom with other customers and I can’t believe how hard he tries to make people happy but with the right information. If you want help, real help, this is where you go. Will I shop anywhere for any of computers or phones and TV stuff? Not a chance because virtual help has earned my business over years of being the right place to go.
