(April 2, 2022, 4:22 am)Had a great experience here. Staff were pleasant and the store looks clean and upkept. I ordered my tiles and flooring no problem. Only issue I had was trying to decide what I want. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the pattern and color I really wanted, but it wasn't an issue at this store, more a problem overall of no one having it. Very knowledgeable and the installer who did my tiles was fast and did a good job.

The sales team and the installers were meticulous with the work they did on my floor and went above and beyond what they were required to do to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. I rarely post reviews, but the previous post was so egregious, I felt compelled to do so. I highly recommend Custom Flooring in Powell River - exceptional service.
