(March 7, 2022, 7:19 pm)Steph has been absolutely incredible in helping me get strong and get back to doing the things I love after having a baby and having chronic back pain! I have done personal training with her, group pt, done some of her classes, and gotten personalized workout guides, and all were amazing! She is so passionate about what she does that you feel supported and motivated to put in the work to get strong and reach for your fitness (and even mental health!) goals! I am so excited about her new gym because everything she does is so full of heart and hard work!

(March 7, 2022, 3:13 pm)Steph is a great personal trainer and fitness coach. My wife and I were a bit nervous to try hitting the gym as we had no clue what we were doing. Steph gave us a bunch of band exercises that helped us a lot. She is very knowledgeable, and had some great suggestions.
