(July 16, 2018, 3:54 pm)Easy to book. We rented the 27 Ft Topaz which isn't a new trailer but was very clean with no damage. All set up, fridge and freezer on, air conditioning on, sewer and water set up for us. We just moved in. The trailer was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. We cleaned up after ourselves and walked away at the end of the week. I don't know how the experience could get any better. We will definitely book with them again. We stayed 24 June to 1 July 2018 in Penticton.

(July 3, 2018, 4:10 pm)Just be aware that they consider you to be renting the trailers "by the night" so even if they deliver your trailer at 11:59pm you will still be charged a full day for that 1 minute. For our first day today we are being told we'll be lucky to get it at 3:30 PM and possibly much later. The first time we used RV Days the trailer was clean and in reasonably good condition. They have always had good communication any time we had a questions but we did have one issue with the billing where a typo on their part made their service seem much cheaper and once it was discovered they still made us pay the higher amount even though the issue was admittedly on their end.

(June 1, 2018, 6:49 pm)Had a late notice need for an RV last summer, and RV Days was very responsive in helping me get a suitable unit. This was my first time having an RV delivered to a site, and it was great arriving with the unit set up in advance and then taken away when we were done! Will recommend to friends and plan to rent again in 2018!
