  One of a kind.An overall tremendous, relaxing and wonderful experience for our girls getaway. The ambiance is very tranquil. The facility itself is very well kept and the staff are polite and attentive. My facial was...holy cow!!..the best I have ever had - thanks Farzana. Sauna and tranquil lounge is a nice touch. Highly recommend!

  They accommodated my special request for me and my GFs birthday. They sent a masseuse despite only us as the only people booked that day and put out a lovely sign surprising her with a personal message. Great relaxing massage and atmosphere.

  I cannot say enough about how wonderful our spa experience was. Nicole and Michelle went way above and beyond to make our spa experience perfection. They opened early for us, had a sign outside for my daughter's birthday, and had cupcakes with a candle for her. We both had a massage and a facial and they were both just heavenly. Thank you both so very much for making our experience as fabulous as could be.

  Best spa experience in years!
  
  We have been to this resort every Summer for the last 3 years and have used the spa each time (it was then under different ownership and under a different name) and it was always just average. Kudos to the new owner for creating the most unique and authentic spa experience in Summerland.
  
  The ambiance is so serene, the music calming, the treatments exceptional and the place is very clean.
  
  Most impressed by the well trained staff who are very professional in their work. I would strongly recommend this place!

  Wow the treatments were good!! We had a deep tissue and a Swedish massage and they were the best messages we've had! I don't know how the deep tissue was so relaxing and got the knots out at the same time....but it was! The relaxation room is nice too. It's perhaps just missing the other elements of a full spa...the sauna is tiny, not that you want to use it in summer!), no pool or anything. But I can't emphasise enough how good the treatments were!!
