(November 20, 2020, 12:43 am)We stopped for a quick bathroom break and bought a couple of little souvenirs. The lady working there was very friendly and because there was no one else there, we had a little chat with her.

(August 12, 2020, 2:03 am)Tons of information here from the very friendly staff and brochures for all areas around Princeton. Very clean washrooms, cell phone charging station. Water bottle refill dispenser as well. Some neat souvenirs available. EV charging available.

(July 25, 2020, 3:54 pm)Unfortunately we had a car accident by Allison Lake camp ground. A boulder had rolled off the mountain side and collided with our car - we had to abandon it. A good samaritan very kindly offered to drive us back to Princeton, there was no phone reception in the valley. We arrived at the Visitor Centre, worried about the car and concerned about what to do next. The kindest lady on the planet was there to offer us advice. She informed us about bus routes, the local taxi service and accommodation in Princeton. She even used her own phone to contact the bus driver regarding pick up. With her calm reassuring voice and font of all knowledge, we made a plan and we are so very grateful for all of her care, love and genuine concern. Thank you so much.
