(February 20, 2021, 9:15 pm)I booked a room and made a down payment. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to push the date forward a couple of times. In the end I had to cancel. He dealt with the whole situation very professionally and we were returned part of the downpayment.

(September 30, 2019, 6:29 pm)Our stay was good. It lived up to its name. We saw 5 deer in the morning. The cabin is not fancy shmancy but its clean, warm, comfortable and ample space. The staff was friendly, helpful.

(June 4, 2019, 11:25 pm)We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed for a week while we were waiting to close on our house. Unfortunately, it wasn't a vacation as we both had to work during that week, but the place was quiet enough to allow us both to work all day and the internet was reliable - important because I'm an online professor and my wife is online tech support.
The room itself was large and well-appointed. A nice full kitchen with a few dishes. (If you're staying long term, bring your own.)
Raymond and Andrea were super-nice and friendly. Most of the neighbors were really nice. A couple not so much, but you can't blame the lodge owners for that - a lot of different personalities in a small space - that will happen anywhere you go.
Literally the only thing I would change would be to add screens to the window and fix the front window in the room we were staying in so it could open. There were some amazing mountain breezes in the mornings and we would love to have taken advantage of them.
Overall, if you're looking for a large room with a kitchen and really friendly owners for a good price, check them out. We will definitely have friends and family stay here when they come to visit. -

(October 18, 2018, 11:16 pm)I had a great month stay here with a fair monthly rate for a full kitchen that included cookware, plates, and cutlery. I noticed very friendly people were staying here during my visit and the same goes to the residents of Princeton. They even invited me and all their renting guests to a delicious turkey Thanksgiving Dinner. All in all - great value for a clean modern room.
