(March 30, 2019, 4:38 pm)VERY EXPENSIVE repair to an I pad air I had done. Over $300.
The screen on it was pretty cracked in the corner from an unfortunate drop.
A few days after the EXPENSIVE repair a crack began again that has continued to once again crack the screen outward.
They very quickly noticed a review online I posted, being very unhappy with the fix. They messaged me that day within an hour and asked me to bring my device in. I did so that day, they explained they have a 1 year warranty on services performed, and took my device in and fixed it very promptly. I had it back that day. -

(March 29, 2019, 11:01 pm)Very honest shop that doesn't try to sell you something! Left there with a working phone and wasn't charged a thing. Returned for another repair and I'm not sure how I could have received better service! Jordan is AMAZING! Highly recommend!

(March 21, 2019, 10:26 pm)Our office manager brought her work MacBook Pro to Repair Express when it would not connect to our printer and was having trouble connecting to our cloud software. They helped her out on the spot, backed everything up and installed a new operating system instead of the old, unsupported one that it was running. She was back in business after about a half hour and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for the quick and efficient service!
