Penticton Lakeside Resort & Conference Centre

Beautiful facility. Lots of options to choose from for eating and dining. Very close to the town center you can walk there and also nice late front walk to the local park located on the beachfront with plenty of parking and very easy to find. great views in either direction. Has all the amenities you expect from a larger hotel and very comfortable. It is also very quiet.

The lakeside is always a great place to be! Staff is polite courteous and very helpful! I have never had a bad time here. The coat check is great if you go to The parrot on a weekend! Great service altogether. Rooms are clean and sanitary. I've seen s9me hotels that are run down and gross and I live how updated the lakeside is! Good prices as well!!

Probably the best hotel in Penticton. It's in the perfect location right on the lake; everything you need is walking distance away. Service is great; like how you get rewarded for not getting your sheets changed everyday. Only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is my rooms view was overlooking another towers roof and all I saw was a dirty roof, clean the roof. Other than that it's a great place to stay.

We were happy to have a lake side room, amazing view. Overall service of employees was good. However the pub inside this hotel turns into a nightclub around 11pm and the noise was unbelievable. We did not rest well at all. This would be the only reason we won't return.

This was such a great couple of days, we arrived at the hotel and our room was perfect! Beautiful view of the lake, the room was clean and fresh. We went to the pub in the hotel for supper and the food was great, with a good selection of draft beer. We mentioned it was our Anniversary and when we got back up to the room the manager sent us up a bottle of very nice sparkling wine! First time any place has done this for us, it just put our time over the top! In the morning we went to the adjoining restaurant on the lake for breakfast. Love not having to drive anywhere, everything is there. Relaxing walk on the beach afterwords. Exceptional service!
