My car was involved in a hit and run and came into Boyd very upset. Kara and Katie went out of their way to make sure I was put at ease right away. My car looks amazing as well after the repairs!! Thank you Boyd!! You guys are the best, Thank you ladies for the amazing customer service!!

The staff were all professional, friendly and great to deal with. We received regular unprompted progress updates and in the end, our vehicle was perfect (and spotless). I hope we never need another visit but if we do, this is where we will go. -

(June 3, 2019, 5:38 pm)I was impressed with the great service at the Penticton location! Not only was the work done great, but the customer service went over and above. They helped with my baby and helped me move my car seats and stroller into my loaner car. The manager offered to drop my car off when it was finished so that i could avoid an hour drive with small children. My car looked as good as new and has never been so clean inside! Highly recommend this location!
