Last week, we went back to Andre’s to change cell phone providers. TELUS had told us that we would be able to complete our transaction at a TELUS Mobility provider. We got there and found out we were misinformed by TELUS.
Mike went above and beyond to assist us and after an hour on hold with TELUS we were cut off. Mike assisted us to set up an account and do what needed to be done to complete the transaction with TELUS.
Thanks Mike and Justin for your excellent customer service and we will be recommending Andre’s to other people. Awesome to find this level of service in Penticton and surrounding area. -
