    I have always had a great experience being treated by Grant and his team over the last few years for a variety of ailments. Most recently I saw KC for the start of my post op knee recovery and she was very professional, observant, and was able to start me off with some exercises that were challenging but doable. One of my favourite parts is the PhysiAPP link that gets sent to my email after my appointment so that I can see videos of the exercises. It takes away the guesswork of if I’m doing them properly and how many reps etc.
    Good work South Okanagan Physio. You make the dealing with an injury and little easier.

    Matt did IMS and cupping for me today. I go there on a regular basis for physio and massage. It is always great, today was over the top. With both needling and the cupping I walk off a little sore but know the results are worth it. Thanks Grant and Mary for the awesome therapy and service. Fantastic group of folks and Okanagan is lucky to have this level of treatment

    Update
    Spoke with Grant. Cleared up a few misconceptions that I had. We came to a resolution that was good for all.
    I now understand what is involved to run the business in these covid times and they are doing a great job at keeping everyone safe. Would recommend them for any health issues. They work hard to help you out.

    So very disappointed in my latest visit. I am on disability so I had to save up for months to get a massage.

    Super friendly and professional staff. Been going here for a few years now for physiology and Massage therapy and very knowledgeable staff. Matt is super thorough and awesome with his treatment. Great sense of humour to get me through my pain. I strongly recommend them. Very COVID conscious and following protocols .

    I am so impressed!! I was injured while being on vacation in Osoyoos. I called and I can't say enough how helpful they have been. Starting with the lady on the phone who was attentive and patient and ending with an amazing session with Grant who went out of his way just in order to be there for me. Thank you Osoyoos physiotherapy and wellness, I deeply appreciate it.
