(January 12, 2021, 11:42 pm)I had Dave’s team do a furnace replacement for me. From the initial call to the final installation Dave and his team were very friendly and professional.
What impressed me most was the seamless installation of vent and intake. I was worried that it might go in the garage or might go through the front wall. Which would create issues around getting the drywall and insulation done and also it might have damaged the rocks/stones on the front of house. Like I said it was really impressive on how this was planned and executed and there was no cleanup, patch up etc required.
The office team was wonderful to work with. All my dealings with therm were on phone. Very friendly and professional -

(December 28, 2020, 1:33 am)I had a issue with my boiler heating system. Called action and they sent a service tech Lee. Iv called Multiple heating company's over the years and I cant stress enough how painful it is when they send someone who isn't qualified which has happened a few times. Lee met my expectations and exceeded them. He gave me different options, explained what he was doing and why. Super happy with Lee and his work. Thanks again Lee!
