(September 12, 2020, 4:32 pm)When I was a kid in the 70s we came here as a family for 2 weeks. Sine that time I'm more into ocean front however my wife and I came to stay here in a rented van conversion. There is no better place to come with young kids. No power boats. The campground is quiet from 11pm to 8am. Very community like and... It makes you completely forget about Covid.

(July 29, 2020, 12:37 am)Nice beach and the water is amazing. Camping is pretty sardine packed, but at least there's lots trees to help keep it cool and a little less like the institutional parking lot RV frying pans. Plus the cabanas are very cute and have a kind of Caribbean feel.

(July 16, 2020, 6:25 am)Best Lakeside camping in South Okanagan. Commercial and a bit high density for those used to provincial sites but excellent for families. No partiers, no power boats on the lake, no dogs roaming around. Just great family time at the lake. Clean washrooms and showers, good beach. Never tried the hotel rooms, cabanas are good option for those without a tent. Dawn does a great job, this spot is the highlight of our summer.

(July 2, 2020, 11:39 pm)Wonderful place to stay. Very clean, green, and the beach is wonderful. Recommended for couples, families, anyone really. We stayed in the camping area, so I can't comment on the hotel or cabana accommodations. I would assume that they are very nice also, based on how the rest of the place is kept. Thank you Lakeside for a wonderful Father's day weekend.
