(August 2, 2019, 6:41 am)Spent three days with a group of friends at Cathedral Lakes Lodge. Our group had fantastic self guided hikes for three days there. Beautiful scenery throughout.
A member in our group got hurt. No effort of care and concern given by the lodge’s staff.
Good accommodations! Fair value in a very nice location for many hikes.
The lodge charged a Premium price for meals. $100/day/per .
We Made your own lunch from freezer burnt bread and wilted lettuce barely enough recycled deli meats to make a decent sandwich for an all day hike. Breakfast and Supper for three mornings & nights , each meal ran out of either meat or vegetable . Every morning rubber eggs, greasy sausages and if lucky get a few slices of bacon before it’s gone. Guests were Not allowed to have coffee or tea, available only at breakfast or after dinner .
The management team were not approachable. Very hand off and unprofessional for Hospitality service.
Bring your own food up and stay in the cabin and cook your own delicious meals compare to poor quality food, lack of quantity. Make sure to double check that stove works.
