The skewer looked like it only had an olive, some pepperoni and pickled onions, but as I pulled it out of my drink it had so much more. The bruschetta eggs Benedict was delicious and very filling!! We have had many meals here over the years and haven’t been disappointed. The prices are definitely mountain prices, meaning they are a little expensive for what you get, but they are very tasty and large portions. The staff are always friendly, and I know that they have been working a little short staffed due to covid, but it was hardly noticeable when we went.

(July 15, 2021, 12:31 am)The food is amazing, portions are very generous so come hungry. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Despite it being quite busy (I recommend reservation) the service was great. Beautiful pictures and central fireplace give a very nice vibe. We had three different entrees at our table: Stout braised pork shoulder was indeed braised to tender perfection, BBQ grilled chicken breast very tasty with delicious sauce, Roasted eggplant and falafel stuffed peppers - an excellent vegetarian option. Cold beer from Old Yale brewery complimented the food perfectly. Only one tiny minus - no non-alcoholic beer for those of us who don't drink or need to drive.
Otherwise 5 very well deserved stars. -

(July 1, 2021, 2:18 pm)I think the experience was five stars all around. The food was fantastic . Four different dishes at my table, and all of them were fantastic. These were lunch dishes. The aura of the room would not be a romantic experience but it surely was rustic and well worth the drive. Our waitress seemed like really nice people.
