I can tell that they smile when they answer the phone. All the employees are cheerful and have gladly gone the extra mile to help me. I'm a senior, and they have taken the anxiety out of monitoring my refills and concerns about new medications.
They also have excellent pricing on vitamins and accessories for health. Jody and staff looked after my flu shot. They also ordered in Duckoral for my vacation.
If they don't have what you need they get it super quick.
The best indicator of their commitment to community and customers is the personal interest they take in everyone who walks in the store.
