We were walked through the process of writing up a separation agreement with little difficulty. Any questions were answered clearly and concisely. We returned after the initial separation agreement was completed to make changes to the original agreement for a small additional fee. All costs were presented to us before the process started. I would, and have, highly recommend Modern Separations.

Christina Vinters is empathic, non judgemental, compassionate and unbiased.
She demonstrates fairness, concern (for both people) and really walks you through the legal process and what the law entails for each party.
She is a well refined professional and makes the process less overwhelming and intimidating!
