(July 18, 2022, 12:33 am)My experience with the staff of the clinic is that they are exceptional. The woman, Katie, spent time explaining how Doctors only have 10 minute time slots for each patient over the phone, and as a patient, I was entitled to book as many as I needed to book, to have ALL my concerns looked after. AND to not feel guilty for taking up the doctors time AND not to put my health off. She was also firm and kind to me when I tried to push for a sooner appt. explaining that my priorities are not more important than another humans. Wallace Clinic is lucky to have Katie. Fair and firm.

(March 17, 2022, 8:45 pm)My doctor is great, but the secretaries/MOA/unit clerks leave much to be desired. I booked an appointment online and changed my contact information online. However, that information isn't connected to the clinic so I missed an appointment. Waiting over a month for an appointment is a bit inconvenient, but that app is useless and the secretaries have little knowledge of how it functions. I was told that the app notified you that the information you provide on the doesn't communicate with the clinic. I cannot find that notification on the app; so I'm assuming the lady I spoke with was guessing. I've had a few issues with the ladies up front. They lack professionalism and competence.
