Through our series of sessions I shifted from someone who was consistently and prohibitively sore and stiff to now having better posture, flexibility, less pain, as well as several tips and techniques to hopefully keep it that way!

(February 19, 2019, 11:27 pm)What the heck is rolfing?! I finally found out and I'm so glad that I did! Rolfing is like the best deep tissue massage you always wish your massage therapist would give you except better because rolfing requires interaction between the rolfer and the client. Because of this interaction, it forces you to be present during your appointment which makes it easier to relax and get into that "zone" that I can never maintain during massage therapy appointments because my mind will constantly wonder. I feel wonderful after my first session with Stephanie and would recommend rolfing to anybody seeking a relaxing, more comprehensive alternative to massage thereapy. I cant wait for my next session!
