(February 22, 2021, 10:04 pm)Used to be one of my favourite vape shops. Staff was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Recently though, not so much. Staff seemed aloof and disinterested in helping me. Questions were met with shrugs, rather than enthusiasm. Still a clean, well kept, and beautiful shop. Staff just needs to reflect the pride you put into your "curb appeal".
EDIT: The owner seems to be invested in his shop, as i recently visited, and it looks phenomenal! Beautiful accent lighting, well thought displays, etc. Most importantly though, i was greeted with a smile, friendly conversation and product knowledge. Keep it up! -

Ever wonder why it is worth paying a little more locally, well let me tell you, because if you don't they wont be there for you when you need them most.
I had a little vaping emergency and the spectacular manager at this location went out of her way, bent over backwards and did flips to take care of me. I could not, should not and would not be happier with the outcome. Just amazing and for such a little issue. Shows they really care about people and what they do.

The rainbow lemonade is a staff favorite and now a favorite of mine also! Thanks guys for being so helpful !! Also loving the new RPM 80 ❤
