(July 5, 2020, 12:22 am)We went in the store to get new phones for myself and my daughter and we were treated so well by Caylin and Elijah. Both of them were not only extremely knowledgeable and efficient, but they were also able to explain different options and the best plan that would work for us individually.
It was such a good experience to be treated so well, even after we changed our minds a couple of times.
I would highly recommend this store and these staff members! -

I just made the switch to Rogers and am wishing I had done it years ago. They have my business from this point forward and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know -

(February 11, 2020, 1:23 am)I recently purchased an iPhone from this store. The Sales personnel (Kazi) was very attentive and courteous towards my needs. He carefully designed a financing plan that enabled me to get my desired phone. At the time I visited the store, it was few minutes before he was supposed to close the store. That didn't stop him from taking the time to explain the product features and going above the scheduled closing in order for me to be satisfied. I applaud his exceptional customer service personality.
