(July 9, 2022, 7:26 pm)First off: reviewing an insurance agent already puts me in the 99th percentile of having too much free time. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The great hours, minimal delays, and proximity to the highway all help. They are careful re Covid as well. The only improvements would be a comp G&T when you walk through the door (maybe not a good mix).

(October 15, 2021, 8:41 pm)An ok place to get your car insurance renewed. The place is very accessible due to it near a highway and near long lake park. The place is quite safe due to it covid protocol in place. It's a bit cramped due to all the covid safety structure.
All in all not bad to renew your car insurance. -

(May 10, 2021, 1:28 am)Huge thanks to the Real Insurance team who helped me get my boat trailer registered and insured. It was a huge problem but they really worked hard and you could tell they cared that my problems were solved. Unlike ICBC who couldn't care less whether I got my trailer registered or not.
