(May 10, 2021, 12:55 am)Monika's Qigong classes are small, intimate and involve slow movements, healing walks, deep breathing, life metaphors and learning about the philosophies of energy healing. Monika is a kind and loving person and an excellent instructor who is able to connect with people whether their motivation is to improve wellness and mindfulness in general or making Qigong an everyday self-care practice. I’ve been taking Qigong classes with Monika for a couple of years now and I always felt more relaxed and energetic after each session. Regularly practicing Qigong helped me get rid of dizziness, improved my joint flexibility and physical balance.
I also had an Emo-Flow Release Card Reading with Monika, which is about uncovering and releasing trapped emotions and subconscious trauma from the past. I highly recommend Monika as an intuitive spiritual coach. Her passion for her work is very inspiring and she made me feel loved, supported and safe during the emotional release of some traumatic incidents happening early and later in my life. This special session includes a little booklet describing the journey and suggesting healing rituals and affirmations that can be used for guidance and meditation. -

I have found her to be extremely helpful when working through my personal issues and have had tremendous breakthroughs in releasing emotional blocks using her integrative resources.
