She did a FANTASTIC job for us; she answered all of our questions and anticipated several more. She set us up with everything we needed and gave us several helpful hints.
She was cheerful, efficient and professional. We will not hesitate to use her again and to recommend her to family and friends. Highly recommended.

I have been having problems on & off for the last few months. Everyone in there is very helpful. Nancy is very knowledgeable and helpful . She helped me figure out which phone to get & explained things well. Easy to understand.
For the past 2 weeks I've been having issues with the phone freezing &/or not turning on. I've made 4 trips this week to A fix it shop in Nanaimo. Today the phone was working well then it wouldn't turn on at all. I went to your outlet & got a new phone. Id like to thank everyone in there for helping me & having patience with me all the times I came in with ongoing problems. It was just time to get a new phone. -
