His workouts are exactly what I was wanting, started me off with a base point, and now we continue to add elements every week to increase difficulty within strength and cardio. Hands down best motivator! If you’re looking for a great martial arts experience, black rock is the place to be!

(August 9, 2021, 8:34 pm)I highly recommend Black Rock Martial Arts. Marco is skilled within his practise and flexible in his approach with children. He meets kids at their current skill level and utilizes language in which they will understand. Marco is patient, fun, and utilizes a strengths based approach. He works to build up the child’s self confidence and self efficacy. My favourite part about Black Rock is the skill set that Marco brings to the table when working with children who have a diagnosis such as Autism. If you are considering Martial Arts for yourself or your child, I highly recommend checking out Black Rock Martial Arts.

The quality of instruction is top notch, the studio is spacious and clean, and of course the lessons are always fun! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I highly, highly recommend, and I'm looking forward to my adult kickboxing classes. Super excited to have kickboxing in our area!
