(May 10, 2022, 12:46 pm)I was impressed with the quality of the cabin package. The manufacturing/milling by the company is very good. It is manufactured in Estonia.
I absolutely do NOT recommend the Cutek product that Pacrim suggests you use. It is a terrible product.

We used Cutek on the interior and exterior of the cabin. The untinted interior was terrible to use because it was nearly impossible to see what area had been treated compared to an untreated area.
We used rustic gold tint on the exterior and it was much easier to apply because of the tint. The exterior has really held up well over the winter.
Also missed on the first review, Cher, Teri and crew are absolutely first rate people to deal with. Well organized, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
We have bought two more cabins/shed since our original purchase. -

From the first call with Cher to the site visit with Teri they did a wonderful job answering our questions and providing guidance. I was very impressed with the product (Carol). I am not a carpenter or builder (call me a handyman) with a little research and YouTube watching I was able to put our building together with no difficulties. The package was complete and the pieces were very accurately prepared. Overall our experience with Pacrim was top notch. Well done Cher and Teri.

(July 16, 2021, 12:11 am)I loved the “Carol” from the moment I saw her. Neat, sweet and not- too-petite! 48 sqft and wide, double doors suited our needs perfectly.
Had to wait a bit for arrival but it all worked out in the end. We bought the foundation and the roofing package that was offered and in conversation, I had said I was doing the assembly myself. I was confused by the material in the foundation pack so with no instruction, I forged ahead and realized too late that my floor joists ran the wrong way for the flooring! I installed cross braces to correct. The roofing package that came (and I paid for) would have roofed 3 or 4 Carols and also came with no instructions. Phone calls resulted in being told :”most of our customers hire us to assemble…”
Other than that, I would have rated 5 stars to PacRim and staff. We love the shed that is now stained and filled with all our gardening needs. It looks amazing!
