(December 2, 2020, 10:45 pm)We were so impressed with Ward and the service that he provided. We had purchased a home from a very heavy smoker. We totally gutted and replaced everything, right down to a new furnace and a complete kitchen and bathroom reno. The walls and ceilings were professionally sealed and painted. But the smell of tobacco was still evident. We were devastated and completed baffled. We found Ward's company on the internet and it was uphill from there. Turns out the smoke was imbedded in the duct work. He performed his magic and the smell is totally gone! :) Highly recommend with full marks. Thanks, Ward!

I had a number of quotes and Pacific Decontamination was by far the most reasonable priced for the same service.
