We had a prior experience with another brokerage and the sale fell through at the last minute. Melanie went over ALL of our options and explained the whole process to us. Thank you Melanie for everything you have done for us! I wasn't sure I was ever going to get back into the housing market :)

We explained our situation and where we were at and they gave us all the available options to us and explained how each worked in a way we understood completely. When we decided on a plan they were able to make it happen quickly and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. We would definitely use Oceanvale again and recommend them to others.
