I was fortunate to secure a hearing test with Next Gen, Longwood Station upon first contact.
It was my first hearing test in decades.
I arrived at the office and was greeted with Covid protocol.
Brannen explained the procedure in depth when I expressed my nervousness.
She gently walked me through all the apparatus and was most patient.
I was a tad claustrophobic with a procedure but Brannen's calm demeanor helped me through it..
Questions and answers to your satisfaction, took place ending the hearing test.
I would highly recommend Next Gen, should you need to book a hearing test.
You will be treated with the utmost care and professionalism from beginning to end.

(April 4, 2019, 12:00 am)I can't remember when I first went in for a hearing test. All the ladies were friendly, my appointment time was met (neither one of us was late). I was told about all the testing they would be doing, and they answered every question I had quickly.
However when I suddenly lost hearing in my right ear with a more then mildly irritating ring, they saw me that day. Put fear (FEAR) into my little deaf heart and sent me to the Emergency Room. Saved most of my hearing.
They have gotten 5 Stars a couple times from me, well deserved. -
