Tim returned my initial e-mail the same day and came out to look at it and give us a price within a few days. Once we had obtained the materials required, he booked our job immediately. We are very satisfied with the end result and found Tim excellent to deal with. Would definitely use him again.

(October 27, 2020, 7:05 pm)My husband and I have known Tim Olsen for over 10 years. This summer, we were planning on doing some major renovations to our home but didn’t know where to start. Luckily we ran into Tim, who gave us some really good ideas and was available to assist us with our renovations.
To give you some context, we totally gutted the upstairs of our original 1952 home, creating a new, open plan living area, including all new lighting fixtures and flooring.
Outside, we had to take out our carport due to water damage that created major cracking in the foundation. We also wanted more usable space in our sloped, front yard and to replace and extend our back sundeck. Tim created a beautiful, muti-use space in our yard, including entertaining area, enclosed raised garden beds, walkway pergola with steps to our front entrance.
Tim has made a typically stressful experience much more positive. This is down to his vast knowledge of many trades, safety protocols and current housing codes. He has walked us through every decision, giving his insight and opinion but ultimately helping us to make informed decisions so that we get our perfect outcome.
I am so grateful that Tim has been with us from the beginning to end. He is truly gifted with knowledge, ability, patience and would definitely be an asset for any company or homeowner searching for a reliable and trustworthy contractor.
