    My husband & myself moved in November 2020 & Denise was our realtor during that process. We've moved a lot (45 +times) & realize things don't always go smoothly, but this time, everything that could go wrong, did go wrong...EVERYTHING! Denise went above & beyond to resolve the multitude of issues we encountered & was in constant communication while doing so. We would highly recommend Denise for all your real estate needs.     As a first time buyer Denise made the home buying process a breeze. She was always available when we needed and helped guide us through the finer points of buying a home. Denise also followed up with us after our closing date to make sure we felt comfortable with things and to answer any other questions.

    Denise has done a wonderful job helping me find Tenants on multiple occasions. Even during the COVID19 pandemic when one Tenant left she was able to find a new restaurant Tenant with in a couple months. She is always fast to respond and always finds a way to go above the expectations of just being a realtor. I look forward to working with her again!

    Denise is a fantastic realtor, she's reliable, trustworthy and hard-working. She's very responsive and on top of deadlines, and she'll walk you through the legal stuff that can be so stressful. I've dealt with many different realtors and Denise is top-notch. Highly recommend!
