My first time to a massage therapist and did not know what to expect. I really got referred a good one! What was I waiting for all these years! Sharon did a detailed history and really knew how to target my sore legs and connect the body parts. Some good home suggestions too. Highly recommend her

Sharon H. at Northwest Bay Massage Therapy has helped me resolve decades of moderate to severe cervical and shoulder pain.I have a complex orthopaedic and neurological problem, and she knew instantly where to focus her efforts. She is highly skilled, highly educated, very well-trained, intuitive and very warm and caring. I've had good massage therapy throughout my life, but what Sharon has provided is just what I needed: intense and effective treatment in loosening and relaxing muscles that have been in spasm since I was 19 years old. I can't recommend her highly enough! Using her services in conjunction with more invasive surgical procedures at Nanaimo General Hospital is allowing me to have some hope, and is easing my level of pain.
