Quick to answer calls, came to quote when he said he would, was flexible in squeezing us in to his schedule, arrived right on time for the work and did a fantastic job. What more could I ask for? Took a bit to get him to crack a smile mind you. Takes his work seriously! Thanks to Sam and his new helper, Jay.
