    Tina and Guy, and the entire team at the Gabriola office, were simply brilliant when we were buying and selling our homes. They were ready with helpful suggestions, incredibly well informed and connected and full of recommendations. They were always ready to help even far after the sale. You need somebody of this caliber when you are buying your dream home and these two have got it in spades. So happy we went with them to find our dream home.

    I have previously dealt with the whole Lynch Group but my last experience was literally life changing.
    After speaking with Guy, I decided to list right away instead of the next year. Two days later my house was sold and again, two days later the
    Team found me another house.

    We bought and sold with Tina Lynch and their team was exceptional. So informative in explaining different scenarios. They understood our family and helped us find a home that would be perfect. We loved it for 6 years. They helped us consider all the aspects of island living and made the move on and off the island a wonderful experience.

    Tina and Guy were great all along. We felt that they were excellent, prompt, communicators, very knowledgeable (of course!)about the island, and responsive to our requirements and situation. We felt treated like friends. In a sometimes difficult and stressful business, Tina and Guy manage to make house-hunting it feel like an exciting journey. Tina was recommended to us and, in turn, we would while-heartedly pass on that recommendation.
