I go in here a lot, spend good money. Always have an incredible experience with the staff who know me by now. Bought a cartridge that was smashed a couple months ago and was told I must've broke it by a staff member. He's a good guy and I didn't make a huge fuss but he promised a manager or somebody would call me and unfortunately they never did. I feel like it would've been easy enough to call me and ask what happened, I did fill out the form with my name and every thing.
One of those bummer situations where I think I have to drive up island for better prices and services, even though this store has great service and prices.
Customer isn't always right, but they aren't always looking to rip you off either Mood Manager.
You guys need to do a little more follow-up with your whales, especially if you sell them a hundred dollar pocket of sticky mess. try getting dab out of a nice coat and bedspread, unfunny

It is rare, in my experience, to walk into a place where you feel immediately "Welcomed" (MASK MANDATORY!!!), or randomly meet someone you immediately connect with for no other reason that a stranger asking another stranger for their opinion, and that stranger humbly and graciously answering your question. I experienced both on Saturday at Mood. Thank you Mood, and thank you to the "Stranger" who I said "I would love to shopping with you!" She replied, "Sure we'll smoke a xoxox before we go!" We laughed and laughed, and when she left the store, she handed me a pack of Trail Blazer Kushmas just because she "liked talking with me". How cool is that? Just found my new go-to place. SW.

Today I was literally being attacked verbally by a random outside of mood. I ran into the store, as I was not feeling safe anymore and without being questioned the gentleman at the front asked me if I was okay, he was so calm and helped me through the situation and get what I needed from the store. He walked me to my car as well to make sure I was okay, I didn’t get his name but thank you so much for helping me and ensuring I was safe.

Big range of products, all the staff are super friendly and know their stuff, owner and management team are excellent, keep up the good work

Love this place, the staff are super friendly and the store itself is very modern and clean. Reminds me of a spa mixed with a apple store, so much better than those sketchy dispensaries that used to be around town. I went in to browse and ended up walking out with a bag full of goodies! I cant wait to go back.
