Dustin did a fine job with my home search - complicated because I was searching while living on the mainland and the requirements changed several times as my mother was considering moving also and was either going to share with me or look for something very different for herself alone. In the midst of a very busy time, Dustin was patient with these evolving requirements. I also appreciated both his knowledge of home construction and the various trades people in the area. He listened to what we were looking for and was able to create a search list that matched these needs. Highly recommend Dustin Layzell. A construction company was working on the house and the owner recommended Dustin. There were lots of things to juggle. Getting the interior work finished and cleaned up. Getting some electrical work done. Making sure the furnace and hot water heater were working. Dustin coordinated with the construction company and the other trades and EVERYTHING went smoothly. Even during a pandemic he got us an offer in 4 days. That one didn't close but he got us 2 more offers and the final one was within $5000 of our asking price so we are very happy. Dustin is a clear communicator. Kept us informed every step of the way and gave sound advice. You can't go wrong here. Yay Dustin!
