(February 5, 2021, 10:15 pm)I had a treatment with Jackson for tension around my left upper back and some left knee pain. Before the session we discussed some of the areas that were potentially contributing to the restrictions as we went through our assessment. The treatment was precise and targeted into those areas, but at the same time gentle and relaxing. After getting up I felt very refreshed and the ranges of motion definitely improved significantly. The exercises he gave me are effective and challenging in a good way. Overall I highly recommend Jackson if you're looking for a more specific approach to nagging and chronic issues!
