This residence was my home in Nanaimo for the last two years. I have been very pleased with the accommodation, it is clean, well organized, and conveniently located for VIU.
The staff are polite and professional and very helpful.
I fully recommend this residence for VIU students.
even though it is a little more expensive to live here, I think it is worth it for the location and privacy you get (especially since student residences cost jsut as much!). I have always felt very safe living here, especially nice to just walk across the street after night classes. Bob and Lindsay have always been very helpful
