In 2014 I had accumulated stock that had grown. Somebody asked me a question . Why not buy a house with that money ?

I said I never really thought about it! This person said if I introduce to someone would you talk to her ?

I of course would talk if I had a chance of buying a house !!

I met Elaine in her office and she said this could happen. She started looking into things and doing all this work. She really went above what a broker would do. This lady is good! I had my first home within a month. Imagine that.

My story does not end because Of the suburb work she done.

I got very ill after two years in the house and needed a double lung transplant. Yes hard to believe but so true. She came and saw me in Vancouver and brought me gifts . This is just the type of lady she is. You not only get excellent service but you make a friend !

I told Elaine I am not doing well financially and she went to bat for me again.

She had all my bills paid and a fresh start . I lost nothing ; and still to this day after everything I been through am financially ok.
