Best collection agency on island Penny is very effective at collecting past due amounts
Penny was absolutely wonderful!!! I would highly recommend hiring her if you need to collect on past due accounts. We have a small business in town and needed to be paid .
Penny took care of that and made sure that we were PAID IN FULL . If you need to be paid she's the lady to go to!
