Alesia came to our home and gave us a very complete review of the window design features and advised us on choices.She did the measurements and produced a quote on the spot. Delivery time was as quoted and communications regarding the installations was excellent. Alesia is a very competent sales person without being pushy or trying to sell us what we didn't need. She is a pleasure to do business with. Communications for the installation was excellent and they kept to the schedule.The installation crew was excellent and all went smoothly. We now have some blinds on order and we received the same knowledgeable and efficient service from Alesis.
I have recommended Ecoline to several other people. -

(September 28, 2022, 2:10 am)Alesia was very friendly and knowledgeable, and my windows were installed within the time frame they had provided. The windows are high quality, and they look great. The only complaint I have is about my interaction with the customer service department. I contacted them because I had a concern regarding the silicone sealant on one of the windows. I felt they could have been more understanding, and that they could have provided a more thorough response. Following my interaction with customer service, I contacted Alesia, and she was able to provide me with a more detailed response and alleviate my concern.

(August 23, 2022, 2:25 pm)We bought 7 new windows including 5 awning windows, a sliding opaque window and a new patio door with internal blinds. Most of the awning windows replaced others that couldn’t open, so that we could have better airflow. From start to finish Ecoline was great. Very honest advice re: the quality of our original windows and what replacement windows could and couldn’t do for us, really lovely looking new windows that are terrific quality, and an absolutely professional job of installation.

She went through every details on windows and doors and explain it in terms we were able to understand and we were very impressed. She gave us very good ideas on different style of french doors and or patio door. We were very well informed and really love the way the windows are easy, safe, cleaning is a snap and break in proof. The quality of the windows and doors she explained really got us thinking and this is why we are going with the Ecoline products. Alesia knows her product.

(October 23, 2021, 10:47 pm)Max and John were very good.. on time ,polite , they did a great job replacing my windows. I had 2 of my windows made bigger , they had to cut the stucco and reframe , very good job .. love the new look . 14 windows in total 3 days . I would recommend this company 👌
