After suffering for many years with a herniated disc and back spasms, I now understand how to manage my back and have a better understanding of what is involved when I experience lower back pain. Understanding how my spine, discs, and nerves operate has given me a feeling of control over my body and lessened my anxiety about back pain, which helps to reduce it!
