(July 25, 2020, 10:30 pm)Bought my first electric guitar for almost $100 cheaper than at "the other" store. Had a faulty jack that shorted out the day after i bought it, took it back in and Ivan set me up with a free rental while mine was out getting warranty repairs. Got my new guitar back a week later and works great. Ivan is the man.

(June 12, 2020, 10:21 pm)Covid restrictions are in place (mid-June) with maximum of 6 people in store, hand sanitizer at the doors, arrows on the floor, sneeze screens at the till, and limiting testing and playing of instruments, etc but customer service was great as usual.
