She is a fantastic physiotherapist and has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with women and pelvic floor issues. Her office is beautiful, the front desk staff have been welcoming and helpful, and I felt at ease and safe with Kirsten from our first meeting.
She has been helping me with chronic pain in my hips that was making it painful to walk, and an overactive bladder that has caused me anxiety for as long as I can remember. My hips are getting better and better each week, and since our first session 3 months ago, I have gained more awareness and control over my bladder than I ever thought possible. Each treatment leaves me feeling a new level of confidence and relief in my body.
I wish I had started this therapy years ago! It's been absolutely life changing and liberating! Thank you so much, Kirsten! I will definitely keep coming back! -

Their expertise combined with their kindness and encouragement is amazing. I am very grateful to have this beautiful clinic in Nanaimo. I find both Ben and Sarah to be flexible, understanding, and very helpful. I appreciate being a client at Tapestry and always feel uplifted whenever I spend time there. (March 31, 2022, 7:14 pm)Every time I have an appointment with Kirsten I leave feeling better for the days and weeks ahead. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was recommended to see her by another physio and she changed my life. I had a persistent pelvic pain issue that was going on 10 years without a real diagnosis or relief other than pain meds. Kirsten and Natasha empowered me to have control over my body and my pain. I am now seeing her during my second pregnancy and their professionalism and care keeps me feeling good and in control of my body. Thank you Kirsten and Natasha and the whole Tapestry team. So happy to have this place in Nanaimo.

She is one of the best therapists I know and since moving to the island, I will gladly drive the 4 hour round trip from North Saanich to see her at her wonderful clinic, Tapestry. When you see Kirsten you will have her full attention and will not be hooked up to a machine and left to nap.
