My laptop suddenly crashed on saturday night after a week of freezing and barely starting up. I am a university student with 2 weeks until my finals and I was devastated. I was going to try to get my laptop fixed by the geek squad at Best Buy but all they wanted was money and through prices at me, told me it’d be 5 days before they could look at my laptop and the worker didn’t help me understand what was wrong with my computer in terms I’d understand as well as, he only looked at my computer for lesson three minutes . I am a student with very limited funds. I called my mom deeply upset as I’m living away from home for only the second time in my life. My mom found DMA computer services online and I called immediately. A nice lady named Doreen was so polite and told me to come over as soon as I could. I dropped my laptop off that same day (on Monday) and Noel (the owner) asked about my problem. Another worker, Joel, called me not long after I dropped my laptop off and he had already looked at my laptop and the issue. He helped explain the issue and answered all my questions so that I could understand. He told me I needed a new hard drive and recommended one that he uses. Once I dropped off a purchased internal hard drive Joel was able to work on my laptop asap (Tuesday he was out of town). On Wednesday afternoon Doreen called me and told me my laptop was ready to be picked up. This was such a fast turn around, and Joel was able to recover some of my really important school assignments and documents. My laptop is now working really great and it was easily set up for me to get back into after getting my laptop back. The fees were extremely reasonable and very supportive of students in need. I didn’t have to pay until my laptop was fixed and functional and I was informed of the fee just to look at my laptop prior to fixing it. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with customer service and especially on laptops which I don’t know much about. I am now able to finish off my semester with a laptop without buying a brand new expensive laptop. I am extremely grateful to DMA computer services and all the help and information they gave to me throughout this upsetting experience. Any students with computer issues or just anybody in general I would highly recommend DMA computer services and if I ever have any problems with my laptop I know where I will be going.

Absolute best experience I have ever had. Have been having a consistent issue for over 3 years with my PC, and it finally got so bad I had to reach out somewhere for help.

Just over the phone I told them what the issue was and they gave me various options to go forth as I am a university student and money is not abundant right now. He talked me through what I would needed to do.
Joel especially was fantastic to work with, great attitude, very knowledgeable, and super understanding! He helped me acquire the parts I needed to replace and talked me through replacing the hardware all over the phone.
