(March 10, 2023, 2:02 am)We had two ICBC claims dealt with at Mid-Island Auto. (Tough winter). The rental car was on time right to the shop. Our truck was ready 2 days earlier than expected. The work was top notch and perfect. No more dents and no hint of damage. Plus the truck was super clean when we got it back - like new. Super friendly and professional. Thanks Mid-Island Auto.

The work they did was amazing and even got my van back a day earlier than expected. Love how I also received a lifetime warranty as well. I am definitely recommending them to whomever needs body work on their vehicle. Thank you for the excellent service.

My vehicle came out looking brand new both times and the service was very timely. Thank you so much for doing a great job and proving I can trust your business for my auto needs! (May 20, 2022, 4:19 am)I had a collision with a deer 24 days ago. My right headlight was smashed, plus bumper, grille, side panel was pushed up under the hood, bending the hinges. ICBC said it would take 1-2 months to fix because of supply chain issues. Today I picked it up at Mid Island Auto Collision and it looks like new!

Throughout the entire process they were professional and courteous. They reassured me and answered any and all questions.
