James is incredibly knowledgeable through his many years of educational and professional development and life experiences. He takes his time to truly explain all processes to his clients in terms that the every day person can truly understand.
When people ask me about why I trust this company, and James in particular, my answer is: Gals and guys…would you ever leave your trusted, doctor, dentist, hygienist, physical and mental therapists, hair stylist etc. Once you find your person in a particular field who is amazing you dive in! Jared Cross is creative and truly sees things from our perspective. We feel he really understands our business. James Cartwright is attentive and very responsive to my (many!) inquiries and always takes the time to help.
