The staff is amazing - so friendly and knowledgeable- very thorough safety briefing and instructions on use of the bikes as this was the first time we used e-bikes. The bikes and helmets are in excellent condition. We went from Coombs to the beach in Parksville and back. Super Fun!!! If you want to rent e-bikes - highly recommend renting them from Take Off Adventure Rentals - located in Coombs

(August 9, 2021, 7:07 am)So much fun! My husband and I had a great time going on an e-bike date. The staff explained everything perfectly and the bikes were easy to ride. It’s so fun zipping around! We went for a nice lunch in Parksville and still had lots of time for sightseeing before heading back to Coombs. It’s a great takeoff point with so many choices of which direction to explore. We’ll definitely be renting from them again!

(July 16, 2021, 2:31 am)This was all round an amazing experience! If you are looking to rent bikes on Vancouver Island, this is the place. The staff were extremely friendly and provided very good instruction and places to go. Everyone was super helpful and the process is so smooth and quick. The ebikes were fun, and super easy to use! Not to mention how durable they were, any trail was fair game. Such a fun 4 hours and will for sure come back again. Thanks for the great day.
