Customer service is excellent. They have set up conference calls in a pinch in record timing and at affordable pricing. Our phone bills were approximately $1000 per month and we owned our phones which were very outdated. We now save a minimum of $300 per month which includes our lease payment and have a brand new, top of the line phone system with all sorts of cool functions. I will say that It was a bit of a learning curve after the new phone system was installed but they helped us every step of the way working out all of the kinks without any hidden extra charges and we haven't had any issues since. Can't really say anything bad about this company. Two thumbs up all the way.

Great company. I ordered two wireless headsets for myself and my assistant. They were quick to deliver and even quicker to come back and help us when were we having an issue with one of them.

I like the simplicity and easy layout of the Communication Connection recently updated website. The content is nicely presented with just the right amount of information. There is no information overload as an excellent introduction to the company, what they do and how they do it. Nicely done.

Very helpful staff. They came out and serviced a phone system that I purchased from a competitor. The tech showed up on time and there were no surprise charges.
